Events:

• An exhibition of publications "WYP 2005" in the Library of the Lithuanian Academy of Sciences, June 1-30;
  
• The National Physics Conference, June 16-18;
  
• A special article in "Physicists' News" ("Fiziku zinios", a
  supplement of the scientific "Lithuanian Journal of Physics" for
  general audience);
  
• A calendar for 2005, with WYP logo (see attached image).

It is anticipated that other formal and informal meetings taking
place in Lithuania in 2005 will stress the impact of physics upon the
society. Among these, there will be:

• The humoristic "Physicist's Day" ('Fiziko diena") at the
  Faculty of Physics of Vilnius University, usually on first weekend of April;
  
• The meeting of Women in Physics group during the National
  Physics Conference;
  
• A special session of the Lithuanian Academy of Sciences;
  
• The young physicists' summer school "Fotonas" (for
  schoolchildren);
  
• Other events organized by the Lithuanian Union of
  Astronomers, Lithuanian Association of Physics Teachers, Lithuanian Union of Young Scientists, Lithuanian Scientific Society, Science Council of Lithuania etc
